First off, the tones are spot on. The use of cooler coloring really enhances the sense of distance/detachment, which is underscored by the model's glance away from the viewer. Really well done.

I rated originality at three -- this isn't meant to be a slight, it's simply that the concept is fairly well known... fetishy underbust and nipple piercings.

But the technique is really excellent. I'm not certain if the depth of field was achieved in camera or through later editing, but either way -- I like the soft focus of the face and the model's left hand. The shine of the silver earring is a perfect balance (and a nice triangle) to the nipple piercings.
